YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWERE......BUT UP!!

One of the most commonly asked questions of new college graduate is, "Will my job be here next year?" According to the U.S. Department of Education, 88% of communication graduates holding full-time jobs reported their positions to be permanent.  In fact, 2010 data indicates that for these new graduates in Communication Studies, the average starting salary offer is $36,386 (for both Public Relations and Strategic Communication Majors) and $32,193 for Communication Studies generalists (National Association of Colleges and Employers, 2010).  As these data indicate, it a great time to be in the Communication Studies business as you have both job security and a decent salary right out of college!!
